After being printed and bound (production times can vary), we offer a next day delivery service:

How do I get free shipping?
Spend £50.00 GBP or more (after discounts) to automatically qualify for free standard shipping within mainland UK (United Kingdom). You will see that the cost of standard shipping will be shown as FREE or £0.00 in checkout when selecting your shipping options.
If you want express shipping, or to send your gift outside of mainland UK, you’ll have to pay a bit extra. You can see delivery estimates calculated at the checkout, shipping costs vary by shipping location.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our customised products are printed and bound to order so it may take a little more time while we prepare your perfect gift! This can be up to 5 working days from your order being placed for it to be ready to ship during busy times.
Our delivery times differ depending where in the world we’re sending your order.
The following shipping times can be used to estimate how long it will take for your order to arrive once it leaves our manufacturer:

DHL Courier 1-3 Days (Recipient must be in for delivery to take place) To ship to the EU we need to be registered with IOSS. The recipient’s telephone number is required to use this service

DHL Courier 3-6 Days. Recipient must be in for delivery to take place. The recipient’s telephone number is required to use this service.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on custom orders as the item has been designed by and made especially for you! If your custom item has been damaged in production or transit we may be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Customised items that are undamaged
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the damage or fault. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on custom orders as the item has been designed by and made especially for you! If however there is a fault or damage to your order which is unrelated to the customisation please contact us by email at customerservices@billy-gift.ca and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed out to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Billy Online Gifts Limited, Cariocca Business Park, 2 Sawley Road, Manchester, M40 8BB, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted, if applicable:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately we only accept refunds for full priced items, sale items cannot be refunded.
